Our general conditions are valid for all sales contracts between IVM&CO SPRL and the customer. IVM&CO SPRL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without the need to inform the customer personally.

The information provided on our website and on all of our product sheets is created with the greatest care and may change without notice. We are not responsible for any errors or incorrect information. All rights reserved. All quotes given to our customers indicate a validity date, until the day the price is valid. After this date has expired, prices may change for any unforeseen reason. All prices are indicated in Euro excluding tax (Belgian VAT of 21% if applicable).
3. Livraison
The product is the property of IVM&CO SPRL until full payment for the goods. After full payment received, in accordance with the given price offer, ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer and the order will be sent to the delivery address given by the buyer from our head office avenue rogier 351, 130 Brussels, Belgium. Unless otherwise agreed, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. IVM&CO SPRL cannot be held responsible in the event of delays in delivery times caused by the transport company or other customs procedures. For international deliveries, we will include all necessary documents for export. IVM&CO SPRL cannot be held responsible for customs issues.
4. Return policy
After receiving your order, we ask that you please check the contents of your delivery immediately and contact us immediately in the event of damage or loss. We suggest, before you decide to return a detector, call our service center (+32 484/ 67 66 25) Do not ship items without contacting us in advance. You may risk customs issues, unexpected charges or transportation problems that could have been avoided by contacting us beforehand.Material Used: Detection devices cannot be returned without any valid reason. However, we give the possibility within 14 days of receipt of the material to return your equipment after speaking to our professional staff and you will get the possibility of receiving a 70% credit (device must be without technical defects and in perfect condition) towards the purchase of another detection equipment from our product range. This offer does not apply to merchandise purchased as a special offer or promotional items. After these 14 days, a return of a product is no longer possible.Defective Products: If you believe that your equipment has a technical fault or is not functioning properly, please contact our customer service before sending goods. Our trained staff will help you find out where the problem is located and could resolve the problem immediately over the phone or give a quick solution for your particular case.
5. Garantie
All new products come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty conditions may vary for used equipment as well as demonstration devices. The warranty period will begin on the date indicated on your purchase invoice. During this warranty period, the repair of your equipment is free. The owner of the equipment is responsible for shipping the goods at his own risk. The warranty will expire if a device or its accessories have been opened without authorization by someone other than the personnel of IVM&CO SPRL, manipulations or changes made by someone other than the personnel of the supplier’s factory. The warranty does not cover improper use of the equipment or damage caused by external force or falling. In this case, you are free to send your material to r repair anyway. After a complete check of your detection equipment by IVM&CO SPRL specialists, you will obtain an estimate of the repair costs.
